Work Study

Importance and types of production; work study; method study and time study; Work sampling; PMTS; micro-motion study; rating techniques; MTM; work factor system; principles of ergonomics; Flow process charts, string diagrams and Therbligs

UNIT 03

Statistical Quality Control & TQM

Quality control and its importance; SQC; Attribute sampling inspection with single and double sampling; Control charts: X-bar and R charts, X and S charts and applications; TQM: zero defect concept, quality circles, ISO quality systems, Six Sigma

UNIT 04

Financial Management
